Ecotourism Minamata Bangladesh

Known as a center of Buddhist culture from the 7th to 12th centuries. These building opened as a result of archeological excavations, made of burnt brick. These comprise more than 50 scattered Buddhist Ecotourism, the most significant of which are: Salban Vihara cotyla Muir and Charpatra Muir.


Salban Vihara- is perfectly planned Monastery area of 170 square meters. m, the center of which is a magnificent temple. Ecotourism nearby is a museum that contains artifacts resulting from the archaeological site, including terracotta plates, bronze statues, bronze casket, coins, jewelry and stupas with Buddhist inscriptions. Muir cotyla comprises three large stupas, "The Three Jewels of Buddhism." The most important finding in Charpatra Muir - four royal decree made on copper plates, three of which belong to the rulers of Chandra, while the fourth - Sri Viradhara Diva, last Hindu king.

Keep in mind that some of the main buildings are located in the territory of the military unit and can be inspected by tourists only with the permission of the military authorities. Ruins of Ecotourism Minamata are at a distance of 114 km to the south-east of Dhaka.
